Job summary
An event services company in the Tees Valley is hiring for a full-time position focused on the maintenance of technical equipment for events. Responsibilities include routine servicing, on-site repairs, and managing maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and an understanding of lighting and audio systems. A full UK driving license is required and experience in the event industry is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Ability to work weekends or nights when necessary.
Previous experience in the event industry preferred.
Experience with Portable Appliance Testing is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Perform routine service and maintenance of equipment.
Manage and report on the company maintenance schedule.
Provide telephone technical support to the team.
Assist in the upkeep of warehouse and workshop equipment.
