Job summary

An event services company in the Tees Valley is hiring for a full-time position focused on the maintenance of technical equipment for events. Responsibilities include routine servicing, on-site repairs, and managing maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and an understanding of lighting and audio systems. A full UK driving license is required and experience in the event industry is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends or nights when necessary.
• Previous experience in the event industry preferred.
• Experience with Portable Appliance Testing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage and report on the company maintenance schedule.
• Provide telephone technical support to the team.
• Assist in the upkeep of warehouse and workshop equipment.
