Position Summary:

Salary: £25,000 basic salary plus £1,300 shift allowance

Location: Camden and surrounding areas

Light & Wonder is recruiting Field Service Technicians for customer sites around Camden, North London. Responsibilities include service, installation, and repair of betting and gaming terminals.

Job Summary:

As a Field Service Technician, you will ensure high service standards, provide training to customers, and contribute to developing customer service procedures. Travel within your designated area is required, with occasional travel to other areas. The role involves working 40 hours per week on a rolling 5-day schedule, with a company van, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards for new shop installations.
  • Coordinate and supervise equipment removal from customer premises.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide operational guidance and updates on software/hardware.
  • Perform shop maintenance and service visits regularly.
  • Log concerns, incidents, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technical role, preferably in gaming, electronics, or IT.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Good time management and target-oriented work ethic.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Relevant qualifications or little experience considered.
