Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Background

Location: Field-Based (Birmingham region)

Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 (DOE) + Bonus (£6,000 - £8,500)

About the Role

We are seeking Field Service Engineers with a mechanical background to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in operating or maintaining machinery, looking to develop their skills in a field-based role with full professional training provided.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service while diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  3. Work independently in the field, travelling to customer sites.
  4. Maintain and manage tools and equipment provided.
Requirements
  1. Mechanical or machine operation experience (Field Service experience is ideal).
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  3. Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
  4. Full UK driving licence.
