Warwick HQ UK Travel Occasional International Split Between Workshop & Field
Looking for more than just a wrench-turning service job?
This is a future-facing role with an employee-owned automation consultancy building machines other companies won’t touch.
You’ll work across bespoke systems in the pharma, medical device, and FMCG sectors — machines that deliver cancer treatments, automate cleanroom processes, or even 3D print chocolate.
The Role
You’ll split your time between the workshop (building machines, running FATs, training) and the field (installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, supporting customers). It’s not a firefighting role — it’s a planned hire designed to support forecasted machine sales and ensure high service standards as demand grows.
You’ll be supported by experienced engineers and a proactive manager who values attitude, adaptability, and hands-on skill over buzzwords on a CV.

Why This Role Stands Out
Time-and-a-half for hours outside the standard day
No personal vehicle abuse – use your own car for local jobs, and we’ll hire you one for long-distance
Forward-thinking leadership – this isn’t a plug-the-gap hire
Career development for multi-skilled engineers (or those who want to be)
You’ll get to see the machines you helped build in action
Real voice in an employee-owned business
Flexible working, top culture, and award-winning projects
This is a role for engineers who want variety, growth, and the chance to do meaningful work on machines that actually matter.
