Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Technician - Oilfield Chemical to provide field support for assigned projects, resolve issues and help operations run efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product performance.

Based at customer sites in the UK with duties at refinery or industrial operations, you will manage sampling, data interpretation, field and laboratory guidance, and oversee chemical inventories and deliveries while

Qualificações

• Experience in refinery or industrial operations preferred.
• Knowledge of process chemical additives, water treatment and fuels additives beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of refinery process treatment programs to ensure delivery and performance for customers.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers.
• Undertake hydrocarbon & water sampling for routine lab analysis following approved procedures.
• Collect and interpret data for troubleshooting and service reports.
• Provide field support, laboratory analysis and technical guidance for customer operations.
• Manage chemical inventories and deliveries at customer locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading for chemical tanker trailers and trucks.

As a Field technician - Oilfield Chemical, you will be providing field support to assigned projects. You will assist to resolve problems and ensure our products helps to perform and maintain efficiently during operations. You will also be required to collaborate with other functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled accordingly. As a Field technician, you will be responsible for:

Field Technician Responsibilities and Requirements

• Managing day-to-day operations of refinery process treatment programs to ensure delivery and performance for our customers
• Developing trusted relationships with customers
• Undertaking hydrocarbon & water sampling for routine laboratory analysis following approved procedures.
• Collecting and interpreting data for troubleshooting, service reports,
• Providing field support, laboratory analysis and technical guidance for our customers on issues with daily operations
• Managing chemical inventories and deliveries at the customer location
• Assist with loading and unloading for chemical tanker trailers and trucks
• Experience within refinery or industrial operations , with knowledge of process chemical additives , water treatment , finished fuels additives , process engineering , or engineering services would be beneficial.
• Have understanding and knowledge of refinery process operation and utilities units
• Have demonstrate mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Have experience working in a laboratory setting
• Have understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
• Have displayed excellent verbal and written communications skills
