Responsibilities:
+Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
+Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
+Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
+Install and configure new equipment and software
+Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
+Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
+Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
