We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support and grow our HVAC rental operations in Northern Ireland, ideally around Lisburn.

What will you be doing?

This hybrid role involves installing, commissioning, decommissioning HVAC rental equipment across Northern Ireland, and working from our Belfast (Lisburn) depot to service, test, and repair HVAC rental fleet.

1. Carrying out routine maintenance, breakdowns, installs, and deinstallations.
2. Installation, de-installation, and maintenance/servicing of HVAC Rental Equipment.
3. Refurbishment of units in the depot—cleaning, painting, repairs, depot audits, compliance, paperwork, and equipment maintenance.
4. Collaborating effectively with sales and operations teams.
5. Responding promptly to problems and maintaining open communication with customers.

What are we looking for?

Minimum requirements include:

• Experience with AC / Chillers or Boilers.
• Flexibility to travel regularly, including servicing, installing, and commissioning equipment in Southern Ireland, with potential assistance in Northern Ireland.
• F Gas Qualification (preferred if experienced with chillers) or Mechanical/Boiler experience (for heating bias).
• Team player attitude.
• Customer-focused with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in work.
• Valid full driving license.
