Viessmann, part of the Carrier group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Surrey and Berkshire region. The role involves starting from a home location and travelling to customer sites with high autonomy to diagnose issues and ensure top-tier service.

Responsibilities include completing warranty and repair visits, coordinating resolutions, maintaining records, and delivering on-site customer service in residential properties.

Qualifications

• ACS gas engineer qualification with CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory.
• HVAC/heating industry technical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and client-relations abilities.
• Valid UK driving licence.

• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate solutions for timely resolution.

Role: Field Service Engineer

Location: Field Based Regional coverage – Surrey / Berkshire region

Contract type: Full time, permanent

As a Field Service Engineer at Viessmann, you are responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns plus service activities.

You will start and finish your working day from your home location while travelling to customer sites across your assigned geographical area. You will have a high level of autonomy, using your technical expertise to diagnose issues, resolve problems, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every opportunity.

Requirements

• ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory)
• Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry
• Have a high attention to detail
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Have a confident and adaptable work style
• Have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
• Valid UK driving licence
• Desirable - Heat Pump experience & F-Gas certification
