  • Competitive compensation: Starting salary of $40-52k plus 5% revenue bonus, with typical first-year earnings of $54-68k, depending on location and experience.

Position Overview: As a Field Service Technician Apprentice, you will learn through an apprentice-style program until you are certified. You'll work on job sites, performing various testing, installations, and repairs, while using our proprietary software, TANCS, to record your findings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments and surveys
  • Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems
  • Install equipment and test tank gauge systems
  • Enter and analyze test results, communicating findings to the Operations team
  • Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your company vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, mechanics, electricians, carpenters, or cable technicians )
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling)
  • Comfortable climbing 20 ft extension ladders multiple times daily
  • Willingness to undergo DOT physical, drug screening, DMV check, and background check
  • Basic computer skills for data entry
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to travel across multiple states, occasionally staying overnight (hotel and generous per diem provided)
