Field Service Supervisor – Construction Equipment – Guildford, WA

CJD Equipment is looking for a Field Service Supervisor to join our Guildford Branch, leading a dedicated team of Field Service Technicians.

Your role will be to ensure your team has the necessary information and equipment to effectively carry out customer on-site work, while managing travel across Perth's North, South, and East regions. You will lead ongoing communication, updating customers, the admin team, and company systems, demonstrating effective people management and multitasking skills.

While overseeing field aftermarket services, you will collaborate with fellow Supervisors in New Builds and Workshops. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will act as their right-hand person in providing safe repairs and maintenance to our customers, adhering to OEM specifications and procedures. You will also be supported by a dedicated Service Administrator and other branches.

Working with top-tier VOLVO Construction Equipment, you will serve clients in mining, construction, and agriculture sectors, ranging from large corporations to small businesses. There are ample training opportunities in our brands and involvement in CJD’s events and activities.

Requirements for the role:

• Demonstrated leadership experience—capable of motivating your team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relevant trade qualification in Plant Mechanics and industry knowledge.
• A strong commitment to safety—ensuring your team starts, works, and leaves work safely.
• Knowledge of Construction Equipment.
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
