Location -South based (Regional coverage)

Salary -£36,000–£42,000 salary (depending on experience) + Benefits

Looking for a role where your skills matter, your efforts are appreciated, and the people around you genuinely care? We’ve built something solid at UK Dry Risers — a strong team, a supportive culture, and the stability that comes from being part of PTSG, one of the UK's leading fire safety groups.

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to help us keep commercial and residential sprinkler systems running smoothly and safely. You’ll be out in the field, carrying out PPMs, repairs, and testing to the highest standards (LPS1048 / TB203).

What makes us different?
It’s the team. Engineers and back-office support work together closely — no red tape, no "that’s not my job" attitudes. Just good people, doing important work, and helping each other get it done.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Servicing and testing sprinkler systems to LPCB standards
  • Reacting to system faults and small remedial works
  • Taking the lead on some solo jobs and supporting others in a team
  • Occasionally covering out-of-hours callouts (paid at premium rates)

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience working on commercial or industrial sprinkler systems
  • A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • A solid understanding of LPCB standards (LPS1048 / TB203)
  • A problem-solving mindset and good IT skills for digital worksheets
  • The right to work in the UK without sponsorship

What’s in it for you:

  • £36,000–£42,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, permanent job security in a growing industry
  • A genuinely friendly culture and long-standing team you’ll want to stick with

The current standard for the installation of dry riser systems is BS9990 2015. We source all components from the leading manufacturers worldwide to ensure that all installations are fitted with the highest-grade components available.

To ensure efficiency and alignment with our recruitment strategy, we kindly request that recruitment agencies refrain from submitting unsolicited or speculative CVs for roles that are not currently advertised or assigned to your agency.
