We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team. The role involves being the first point of contact for all 3SI products, responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and training customers in financial branches, retail stores, and ATM cash machines. The position covers all service activities in IL, WI, and MN.

Requirements:

1. Interact successfully with 3SI customers, bank, and retail personnel.
2. Install, maintain, service, and upgrade products safely and professionally.
3. Support internal Sales and Customer Operations teams.
4. Respond promptly to service calls, meeting customer service level agreements.
5. Manage the territory’s customer base and provide training to ensure high customer satisfaction.
6. Manage time, territory, and inventory efficiently.
7. Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong time and customer management skills.
2. Effective inventory management.
3. Excellent customer service/support skills.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in Electronics or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
4. Experience with digital CCTV systems is a plus.
5. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
6. Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Additional Comments:

1. The position is based in WI or IL, preferably Milwaukee or North Chicago.
2. Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
3. Travel is approximately 40%, including local and overnight stays.
4. Ability to climb and work on ladders of various heights is required.
