Responsibilities
  • Coordinating resources (vendor / stakeholders).
  • Managing escalations, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is achieved.
  • Assisting Field Engineers with technical queries, verifying appliances status after parts replacement.
  • Working with Supply Chain and Quality Departments on RMA units and coordinating shipment with partners.
  • Generating reports on departmental activities in accordance with process.
  • Maintaining detailed administrative records of workflow within systems provided.
  • Contributing to the development of systems and procedures by analysing operating practices.
  • Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining business data on customers by identifying and updating discrepancies throughout customer engagements.
  • Supporting the resolution of customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and either French, German or Spanish (desirable).
  • Field Services background.
  • Experienced in a customer facing role.
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Oracle, MS Office.
  • Experience working in a busy, international environment.
  • Ability to deliver on short notice and multitask.
  • Experience in Logistics.
  • Flexibility – working weekends every 6 weeks and selected public holidays.
