Job summary

TRS Consulting is hiring a Project Engineer / Senior Field Service Engineer to install and commission hardware and software at customer sites. The role involves designing documentation and coordinating with customers and sub-contractors.

The position requires experience in field service/commissioning roles, an engineering qualification such as HNC, and a UK driving licence. Travel is expected, with overnight stays one night per week.

Qualifications

• Experience as field service engineer, commissioning engineer or project engineer.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check likely required.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission hardware, software and electrical components at customer sites.
• Develop design documents and drawings per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and sub-contractors to plan project activities.
