This person could be a current: Field Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Service Engineer (looking to come off the tools), Engineering Planner, Service Administrator, Engineering Administrator, etc. The role of Field Service Operations Administrator involves supporting the service manager with organizing, administration, and travel arrangements for the field service engineers (FSE) within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognized team. You will enter a busy position where no two days are the same. HSB Technical’s client is an established and well-regarded business entity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Process FSE timesheets & expenses
  2. Arrange, book, and manage all FS travel
  3. Manage FSE records, training, and certifications
  4. Support and implement training for the FS Team
  5. Assist the FSE Manager with designing a new timesheet process workflow, administer, and create / implement ongoing internal system training
  6. Monitor and report concerns / feedback to the Head of Contracts and FS Operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Awareness of and adherence to all H&S laws and guidelines relevant to the role and the safety of colleagues, visitors, and external partners (compulsory)
  • High Attention to Detail
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and verbal
