Field Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
  • Build and maintain client base.
  • Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
  • Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
  • Uphold Safety to Standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess a college degree OR have 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Needs to poses at least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team
  • Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Have the ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement
  • Have the ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment
  • Be willing to work flexible hours - Be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

Why A-Gas?

Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $80,000 - $100,000 which includes a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
