Job description

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to join us in our Clean Water division. Although based at Deephams, the role offers flexibility to be located at various sites across London and Thames Valley.

As the successful candidate, you will develop and coordinate an operational service team including network service technicians, coordinators, planners, and managers working on the Thames Water network, trunk mains, and assets.

Your team will provide rapid response services, high-consequence valve inspections, and servicing, supporting Thames Water's network asset maintenance and alliance delivery partners. You will own the end-to-end process for network infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and re-sites, ensuring successful service delivery.

Working Hours and Benefits
  • Monday – Friday, 36 hours/week, 7:30-15:36, with standby rota potential (additional pay)

Candidate Requirements
  • Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, H&S, stakeholder engagement, and customer focus
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering/Civils & Mechanical
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Robust health and safety and customer service ethic
  • Financial management expertise with a focus on efficiencies
  • Excellent organisational and risk management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
