Job: Lubrication Technician (Field-based services in Kent, Sussex & Hampshire)

Locations: Kent, Sussex & Hampshire

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Our client is a leading lubrication solutions provider and manufacturer of the UK's only British single-point automatic lubricator. They offer lubrication and asset care services across various industries and are experiencing rapid growth, hence recruiting a Lubrication Technician.

They supply their market-leading products and services to hundreds of sites nationwide to improve asset performance. They collaborate with clients to develop and implement lubrication strategies and transformation programs.

As a Lubrication Technician, your daily responsibilities will include traveling to multiple sites in the southern region, performing lubrication activities to prevent asset failures.

About the role:
  • Follow predefined lubrication schedules and perform necessary activities across multiple sites
  • Install and replenish automatic lubricators
  • Provide knowledge transfer on lubrication techniques to clients
  • Conduct first-line maintenance, assess, document, and escalate issues as needed
  • Work outdoors year-round, performing physically demanding tasks
  • Travel with occasional overnight stays
About you:
  • Knowledge of tribology/lubrication
  • Experience working in a mechanical environment
  • Exposure to rotating equipment/assets
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the water industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices
