Job summary

Integral, part of JLL, seeks an Industrial refrigeration Engineer to service food factories, RDCs and warehouses across the Midlands and East. You will work on ammonia, CO2 and HFC/HFO installations, performing preventative maintenance and urgent repairs.

Applicants should have industrial refrigeration experience, relevant certificates such as 2079 and ACRIB, and a track record with large central plant and major compressor brands. The role offers diverse locations and a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of industrial refrigeration services and customer expectations.
• Certifications in refrigerant handling (2079), ACRIB, ammonia handling.
• Completed training course or apprenticeship in Industrial Refrigeration.
• Good base knowledge of maintenance and service duties on large industrial installations.
• Experience diagnosing and fault-finding on large central plants and compressors (Grasso, Sabroe, J&E Hall, GEA, Mycom).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering tasks including maintenance and service visits to factories, RDCs and warehouses.
• Carry out service and reactive breakdown coverage, including standby rota.
• Ensure tasks meet client requirements and business system compliance.
• Maintain quality of all tasks and adhere to industry best practices and guidelines.
