As the direct contact with the client for site technical service and maintenance issues, you will be initially responsible for troubleshooting and resolving commercial refrigeration systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. In addition you will work alongside experienced industrial refrigeration engineers and develop knowledge in industrial systems to provide service and maintenance. This is a mobile position, Monday - Friday with stand by 1 in 5. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do. Although often working without accompaniment you will be part of a team and contribute towards its success.
