Job summary

ST Selection is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain generators for a large national company. This field-based role is depot-based in Birtley, covering customer sites and on-site installations.

You will fault-find, carry mechanical and electrical repairs, liaise with customers, and report to the Depot Manager while adhering to Health & Safety guidelines. A qualification in plant or mechanical engineering and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• A qualification within plant engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Experience of generator engineering.
• Field service experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining generators.
• Report directly to the Depot Manager.
• Fault finding.
• Mechanical and Electrical repairs.
