Job Title: Deskside Support Specialist

Location:

Brussels, Belgium: 8 Place Marcel Broodthaers, 1060 Saint-Gilles

London, UK: Temple Mills, London

Position Details:

Number of Positions: 3 (2 in Belgium, 1 in UK)

Duration: Open-ended, preference for permanent

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Description:
  • Investigate causes of server and service crashes, providing RCA for hardware failures.
  • Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers, kiosks, and network devices.
  • OS installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows and iOS using Intune.
  • Install third-party tools as per guidelines and manage hardware spare stock.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hardware for Windows (x86 & x64), iOS, and VMware ESXi.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.
  • Raise, handle, and resolve incidents and work orders.
  • Work onsite, perform floor walks, and report daily.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base and information sharing repositories.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of hardware monitoring tools is advantageous.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Specialist.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations.
  • Willingness to travel across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
  • Note: Work permit may be required if not a passport holder of the country of the vacancy.
