Job Overview

Join our team of Field Service Engineers (internally known as Field Technicians) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500.

We’re seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals. No prior experience is required; we will train you thoroughly and assign a mentor to support your success. After training, enjoy a better work-life balance with our 4-day workweek, totaling 37.5 hours (Monday – Saturday) with a mix of 7.5 and 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Be an expert in installations, fault repairs, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Diagnose errors and technical issues and determine suitable solutions
  • Document processes and adhere to company procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information organization-wide
