Professional Technical Ltd in the Cheshire region is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and maintain water systems in customers' homes. You will perform plumbing connections, service visits, and fault-finding with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working Monday to Friday with optional weekend overtime, you receive 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company van for personal use, paid travel expenses, and genuine progression opportunities within a customer‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a field service, installation, maintenance, or engineering role.
• Basic plumbing skills and confidence using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Installation of water systems in customers' homes.
• Plumbing connections and worktop fittings.
• Service and preventative maintenance visits.
• Fault finding and repairs.
• Customer demonstrations and product handovers.
• Accurate recording of jobs, stock, and service information.
