Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to repair and service waste collection vehicles in the South of England. You will fault-find electrical systems, identify root causes, and implement solutions, with the support of a 3‑month in‑house training program.

This days-based role offers optional overtime, a company van, door-to-door travel, flexitime, and opportunities for progression. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Are you a Field Service Engineer from a background working on vehicles, looking to join a thriving company in a days-based role with plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

In this role you will be repairing and servicing specialist waste collection vehicles within the south of England paid door to door. You will fault-find electrical systems, identify root causes and implement solutions

Established over 70 years ago, this industry leading company have ambitious plans to expand their workforce to increase their client base and portfolio. This company design and manufacture specialist waste collection vehicles, including compaction and non-compaction vehicles.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with experience working on vehicles, looking for training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Repairing and Servicing specialist waste collection vehicles
• Fault-find electrical systems, identify root causes and implement solutions
• Covering the South of England
