Known for our hands-on approach and commitment to customer service, we are expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.

The Role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with experience in VSDs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, installation, commissioning, breakdown response, and fault finding across a range of client sites in the UK and internationally, including offshore locations.

This role will suit someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys a varied workload, can adapt to changing situations, and is confident working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance of VSDs and associated equipment
• Installation and commissioning of drives and systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out on-site repairs
• Providing responsive breakdown support

Requirements

• Experience with VSDs (any manufacturer)
• Background as a Service Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar
• Willingness to travel both within the UK and overseas, including offshore
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Full UK driving licence and a valid passport

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in the marine industry
• Offshore certification (e.g. BOSIET)
• PLC experience
• 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent qualifications
