A leading company in UPS systems manufacturing seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of UPS systems across various sites, offering technical support along with comprehensive training to enhance your career prospects. Are you a Field Service Engineer with a background in UPS systems, looking to join a well-established and growing company where you'll be recognised as a specialist in your field and offered clear progression opportunities into senior roles?
In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining UPS systems across commercial sites and warehouses throughout the Midlands and the South of England. You'll spend three days per week on-site providing field support (door-to-door), and two days per week at the workshop offering technical support on sales projects. Additional training, including 18th Edition certification and CSCS qualification support, will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that has been manufacturing, supplying, and maintaining uninterruptible power supplies and diesel generators for over 30 years. Following a period of consistent growth, the company is now expanding, creating this new position to support its increasing workload.
This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in UPS systems looking for a UK wide patch in a well-established and growing company, with clear routes to progression as the company expands.
The Role:
Perform maintenance, installation, commissioning and servicing of UPS systems Travel to client sites across the Midlands and South of England three days per week; provide technical support in the workshop two days per week Full manufacturer and 18th edition training provided CSCS card support provided Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (door-to-door)The Person:
