Job summary

Interaction Technical, acting on behalf of a well-established engineering business, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service automated machinery across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, install and commission equipment, and provide proactive support to customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills, a Level 3+ engineering qualification, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience.
• Experience servicing industrial machinery.
• Level 3+ engineering qualification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Service and support automated machinery at UK customer sites.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Diagnose and repair breakdowns.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Provide service reports and documentation.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
