In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced optical sorting equipment. The position requires a passion for technology and waste management, along with excellent communication skills and a background in mechanical or industrial machinery. This role involves travel across the UK and Ireland, offering a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to contribute to sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
• Experience in a field engineer role involving travel.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of optical sorting equipment.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support sustainable practices.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the circular economy while assisting our valued customers in the UK and Ireland in the implementation of sustainable practices. By collaborating effectively with a dedicated team, you will assume a critical role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art optical sorting equipment. Please note that this position entails frequent travel away from home.

Ideal location : Wales area, Oxford, Reading, Cambridge

Profil

• Experience in a field engineer role with travel and a strong customer relations focus will be appreciated.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics andpneumatic systems.
• Excellent reporting and synthesis skills,
• Fluent in English for seamless communication with our clients.
