The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of our full range of coding and marking products available in the UK.

The successful candidate is someone who has a passion for success, eager to develop as a Field Service Engineer, and committed to forging a long-term career with us, based in the Sheffield / Nottingham or surrounding areas.

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like

1. Responding to breakdowns on customer sites, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to guarantee products operate to standards.
2. Maintaining and growing customer relationships through excellent service and communication, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
3. Handling field service calls and issues professionally and timely.
4. Traveling daily to and from your home to customer sites across the Midlands and further when required.
5. Occasional nights away from home may be included.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

1. At least two years’ experience in a technical/engineering customer service or field service role.
2. A proven track record in a customer-focused field service capacity, with problem-solving experience within electronics/electro-mechanical or relevant technical disciplines.
3. A full UK driving license.
