Salary: £29,000 - £36,200 per year. Join our team of Field Service Engineers (known internally as Field Technicians) and earn a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime (average £4,700) and performance-based commission of £2,500. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship. Enjoy a 4-day work week (37.5 hours, Monday – Saturday) with varied shifts, ensuring daily learning and new challenges.
- Be the expert in installations, fault fixing, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Diagnose errors and technical problems, and determine solutions.
- Document processes and adhere to company procedures.
- Collaborate with the technical team and share information organization-wide.
