TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install and repair a range of commercial refrigeration equipment across Kent & Sussex, including Eastbourne. You will train customers on operation and maintenance while applying your F-Gas knowledge daily.

This role is a daytime, 40-hour week with occasional weekend call-outs, a company vehicle, and overtime/TOIL options. A driving licence and strong customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service delivering on-site maintenance and repairs.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional behavior on client sites.

Responsabilités

• Service, install, repair and train on commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Work with fridges, display cabinets, coolers, chillers, ice machines and ice-cream machines.
• Utilise F-Gas qualification daily and apply basic electrical/mechanical problem solving.
• Daytime role (approx. 40 hours/week); 1-in-4 weekend call-outs; overtime possible with TOIL.
