Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer for a West Midlands patch, offering a base salary of £36,000 with OTE £50,000-£55,000. The role includes training, door-to-door pay, premium overtime, a van for personal use, fuel card, progression and private medical cover.

You will service, maintain and repair catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment across customer sites, with a focus on high first-time fix rates and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
• F-Gas qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to do overtime/call-out.

Responsibilities

• Field service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, aiming for a high first-time fix rate.
• West Midlands patch with door-to-door pay.
• 40 hours per week with overtime, plus 1-in-4 call out rota.
