ROLE: Photocopier Field Service Engineer

LOCATION: Lancashire

Are you a forward-thinking field service engineer with either a print / MFD or break-fix background (ATM / EPOS / IT Hardware) and seeking a new challenge? Join a company that is ahead of the curve in IT solutions!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Service, repair, and maintenance of MFDs
2. Achieve high first-time fix rates for calls
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and product training
4. Manage vehicle stock
5. Cover the areas of Lancashire

Requirements:

1. Strong customer-facing skills and experience
2. Theoretical and practical knowledge of industry best practices
3. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
4. Proven technical experience in electro-mechanical systems
5. Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
