An opportunity has arisen for someone to join the UK technical support team to support our UK customers.

As a field services engineer you will be providing office and field based technical support, deliver office and remote training courses, and carry out professional services. Although the role is office based, there will be a need to travel throughout the UK.

If you enjoy working with Customers with wide and varied applications and solutions in the diverse world of OT, then this role could be for you. Requirements:

• Wide and varied experience with Operational Technology / Industrial Networking.
• HND or above in an engineering qualification, or relevant experience
• Practical network troubleshooting experience
• High quality written & verbal communication in English
• Good presentation skills
  
  

Meritorious:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Full, and indefinite right to work in the UK.
• Willing to travel to any customer location in the UK & Ireland
• Prepared to regularly stay away from home overnight
