Job Description:

This role involves carrying out service and repairs on equipment at customer sites in a safe, professional, and cost-effective manner, maintaining all relevant documentation in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures.

The position requires working according to a planned schedule of service and maintenance jobs at the client’s premises.

Responsibilities include monitoring van stock, inspecting trucks for safety, completing job sheets and paperwork accurately within deadlines, and ensuring all equipment and tools are in safe condition.

Candidates should have knowledge in either mechanical or electrical engineering and be willing to undertake further training to excel in the role.

The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a team, possess good communication skills, work to high standards, and meet deadlines.

Person Specification:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proficient in fault finding and repairs
  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Experience with Health & Safety in a workshop environment

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break.
