Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer for the Midlands. The role covers customer sites across the Midlands with some national travel. Base salary around £49k with OTE approximately £70k, and a company vehicle is provided.

We seek an electrically biased engineer with strong industrial experience, comfortable working across manufacturing sectors such as print, packaging, plastics, or pharma. Overtime and expenses are included, with clear progression paths within the business.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the Midlands region.
• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on automated machinery.
• Overtime as required; travel and expenses are covered.
