Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a mechanically biased Field Service Engineer to cover the Midlands area, with day shifts and a company van. The role offers £49k base salary with an OTE of £70k and permanent employment.

You will travel to customer sites across the Midlands performing planned and reactive maintenance on automated machinery in industrial environments such as print, paper, and plastics. Overtime is common; travel and expenses paid; strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the Midlands area to perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on automated machinery.
• Work overtime on a regular basis as workload requires.
• Maintain and fault-find mechanical systems on production equipment.
