TRS Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install, repair and calibrate a range of medical laboratory diagnostics systems used in NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.

You will travel to customer sites to support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products, bringing a technically motivated and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Customer facing field service engineering background in high value capital equipment.
• Qualification in engineering, electronics or science subject to ONC/City & Guilds or NVQ.

Role Responsibilities

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for:

• The service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems, utilised within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.
• The successful applicants will support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• A competent background in a customer facing field service engineering capacity gained within any high value capital equipment environment.
• A qualification in engineering, electronics or a science based subject to a minimum of ONC level, City & Guilds or NVQ.
