Field Service Engineer - Medical Position Overview

• Responsible for planned preventative and predictive maintenance, installation, service, and repair of healthcare simulation and therapy products.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by responding to enquiries and providing technical support.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hardware, software, AV, and networking components, performing repairs and solutions.
• Collaborate internally to support technical capability and train non-technical staff in basic troubleshooting.

Field Service Engineer - Medical Position Requirements

• Background in a customer-facing technical role. Candidates from a broad range of backgrounds are encouraged, including:
• Simulation technician
• Ex-forces engineers (medical, dental, weapons systems, electrical/mechanical)
• Biomedical engineering
• Patient monitoring, critical care, anaesthesia, ventilation systems, ultrasound, and medical imaging
• Entry-level graduates
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Engineering, Simulation Technician related field, or equivalent experience.
• HNC or equivalent in a technical or engineering subject, or equivalent experience.

Field Service Engineer - Medical Position Remuneration

• Salary range: £35,000 - £38,000
• Company Car
