Job summary

Mastella Ventures Ltd is seeking a Trainee Field Service Engineer to service, repair, install and commission electro-mechanical security equipment, including perimeter and gate systems. The role covers Greater London with travel to site projects and regular standby requirements, offering extensive training and development.

Based in a field role with a company vehicle, you will gain hands-on experience on the installation and maintenance of security equipment while earning a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Mechanical hydraulics maintenance and repair experience.
• Electrical knowledge at base level.
• Industrial machinery background preferred.
• UK driving licence and ability to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install and commission electro-mechanical equipment including anti-terror security systems.
• Travel to sites, some London-based projects and further locations as needed.
• 1 in 4 weeks on standby with standby payments and call-out support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security perimeter equipment on a variety of sites.

£36,000 - 38,000 basic salary (Some flexibility based on experience) + Unlimited Overtime (Paid door to door), OTE 50k plus, standby allowance payment, Company Vehicle, Tools, Uniform, 22 Days Holiday, Meal allowance)

The role

• Service, repair, install & commission a wide range of electro-mechanical equipment - anti terror security equipment includng Security Gating systems, road blockers, rising bollards, turnstyles and Hostile Vehicle Management systems.
• Sites include prestigious sites aswell as MOD sites , Airports, Utilities & Infrastructure, and more.
• Based within Greater London area with some travel further when required for installation projects and 1-2 nights away/month (all expenses paid/ meal allowance)
• 1 in 4 weeks on standby with a standby allowance and call out payments.
