As a Field Service Engineer, your role includes:

• Covering your designated region and assisting team members when needed
• Completing installation and repair jobs efficiently
• Carrying out repairs to our water home systems and troubleshooting issues on the first visit
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by restoring systems to full working order
• Installing water systems in customers' homes and demonstrating their features
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and safety
• Communicating effectively with scheduling and stock teams to resolve issues promptly
• Providing excellent customer service from initial contact to job completion
• Encouraging positive reviews and customer recommendations
• Following standard operating procedures and accurately recording all relevant information in our systems
• Managing stock levels accurately and completing stock takes on time
