Job summary

Linde Material Handling in the PE1, PE26-29 area is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our UK service team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of material handling equipment and provide preventative maintenance at customer sites.

Ideally you hold an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence, and you are comfortable using IT systems to place orders and log work performed. A team-oriented mindset and autonomous working style are valued.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Comfort using IT equipment and systems to log work and place orders.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and essential check-ups.
• Hands-on work with forklift and warehouse equipment across sites.
• Travel locally to customer sites with company van and fuel card.
