The business specialise in high performance printers used in signage, graphics, textiles, packaging and industrial applications, consisting of a variety of UV flatbed, roll to roll, hybrid and textile printers. We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join a close-knit, hardworking team supporting their cutting-edge print technology across the UK.

This isn’t your average 9–5 - flexibility is key. If you're looking for a role where every day is the same or you're used to a strict corporate structure, this won’t be the right fit. But if you’re someone who values trust, autonomy, and a team that genuinely supports one another, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installation, servicing and repair of wide format print equipment across the UK
  • Troubleshooting issues both on-site and remotely
  • Communicating directly with customers and colleagues to ensure great service delivery
  • Managing your time, workload, and travel effectively

What’s Included:

  • Company vehicle, phone, laptop, uniform
  • Fuel card and company credit card to cover lunches, hotels and evening meals
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, time in lieu
  • Occasional cash bonuses for those who go above and beyond
  • Early finishes most Fridays, depending on workload

What We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated, hands-on engineer who’s happy to travel and stay away when needed
  • A strong communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to customers
  • A respectful team player who values collaboration (and treats all colleagues with respect)
  • Someone who understands that this role involves flexibility and give-and-take

We believe in treating people like adults – there’s trust, openness, and a strong sense of teamwork. You’ll never be micromanaged, but we do expect you to pull your weight and chip in like everyone else.

If you're ready for a role where your efforts are recognised, your independence is respected, and your contributions truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.
