A leading global IT services provider is hiring a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support across the UK. The role primarily focuses on the break-fix of Lenovo laptops and AIOs, providing hands-and-feet support, and managing service tasks independently. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving license required, this position offers a company van and opportunities to work on high-profile contracts.
Contract Type:6 Month rolling contract
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
We are hiring Field Service Engineers to deliver high-quality IT hardware support across the UK. This role is focused on break-fix of Lenovo laptops and AIOs, light IMAC duties, Windows deployments, desk side support site cover, and hands-and-feet support. You’ll plan your own day around scheduled tickets, travelling between sites in a provided van, and working as part of a wider regional field team.
