Energy Jobline ZR is hiring a Field Service Engineer to cover Northern England and Scotland. The role involves servicing, maintaining and commissioning a range of specialist equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Previous field service or mobile engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on-site.
• Commission and complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new equipment.
• Identify parts required for repairs and complete accurate service documentation.
• Work closely with the Service Planning team to manage daily schedules and customer visits.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety legislation and engineering best practice.
• Maintain company tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while representing the business professionally at all times.
