Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Field Service Engineer (Plant / Industrial) based in Leicester. You will service and maintain balers and compactors across the UK, with full product training provided.

The role offers 39 contracted hours per week plus up to 20 hours overtime, and a salary between £47,000 and £52,000 with a company van and private healthcare. Ideally you come from an industrial or heavy machinery background and are comfortable with mechanical and electrical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a field service engineer in plant/industrial environments.
• Capability to service and maintain heavy machinery.
• Willingness to travel nationwide with some staying away.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining balers and compactors.
• Full training provided on specialist machinery.
• Working nationwide within the recycling and retail industry.
• 39 contracted hours per week with 20 hours overtime available.
