Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Field Service Engineer to operate from home and service client sites within roughly one hour of Newport/Gwent, covering industries such as agriculture, forestry and construction.

The role focuses on hydraulic hoses with Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 hours and a 1 in 4 call-out pattern including evenings/weekends. A clear progression path and a company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing hydraulic hoses and hydraulic systems.
• Willing to travel to client sites within ~1 hour of Newport/Gwent.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on installer experience.

Field Service Engineer

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Field Service Engineer with experience of working on hydraulic hoses required for a leading manufacturer and service provider.

This role would suit a mechanically biased candidate with experience working with hydraulic hoses or similar hydraulic systems.

The successful candidate will be based from home and will cover client sites in a radius of approximately one hour of Newport / Gwent. You will work with customers in a range of industries including agriculture, forestry, construction, material handling and more.

The Field Service Engineer Role:

• Repair and service of hydraulic hoses


• Covering client sites in an approximate radius of 1 hour from Newport / Gwent


• Identification of up sell or sales opportunities


• 1 week in 4 Call out (includes evenings and weekends)
