Job summary

Field Service Engineer based near Newport is required to service and repair hydraulic hoses across client sites within roughly an hour's radius of Newport/Gwent. The role offers a Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 schedule with overtime and generous earning potential including bonuses.

You'll be mechanically biased with hands-on experience with hydraulic hoses or plant equipment, with opportunities for progression and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanically biased with experience with hydraulic hoses or plant equipment.
• Experience working on hydraulic systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service hydraulic hoses.
• Cover client sites within approximately 1 hour of Newport / Gwent.
• Identify up sell or sales opportunities.

Up to £40,000 DOE – OTE Up to £50,000 (Including Bonuses + Call Out) + Guaranteed £400 Bonus (For First 3 Months) + Company Vehicle + All Equipment Provided + Career Progression Opportunities

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Field Service Engineer with experience of working on hydraulic hoses required for a leading manufacturer and service provider.

This role would suit a mechanically biased candidate with experience working with hydraulic hoses or similar hydraulic systems.

The successful candidate will be based from home and will cover client sites in a radius of approximately one hour of Newport / Gwent. You will work with customers in a range of industries including agriculture, forestry, construction, material handling and more.

The Field Service Engineer Role:

• Repair and service of hydraulic hoses
• Covering client sites in an approximate radius of 1 hour from Newport / Gwent
• Identification of up sell or sales opportunities
• 1 week in 4 Call out (includes evenings and weekends)
• Progression opportunities
