As a Field Service Engineer at Our Taap, your responsibilities include:

• Cover your designated region and assist team members when needed
• Complete all installation and repair jobs efficiently
• Carry out repairs to our water home systems
• Identify and fix issues on the first visit
• Ensure customer satisfaction by restoring systems to full working order
• Install water systems in customers’ homes
• Maintain high standards, ensuring plumbing is error-free and work areas are clean
• Set up and demonstrate the water system features to customers
• Communicate effectively with scheduling and stock teams
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to job completion
• Encourage positive reviews and customer recommendations
• Follow all SOPs and accurately record information in our systems
• Manage stock levels and record consumption accurately
